This is the up and coming fine dining experience – set in a cozy and intimate dining room be ready for a gastronomical taste experience. Run by just two people this restaurant uses traditional Japanese cooking methods to produce amazing dishes with immense flavours all whilst using local produce along with their own ingredients which is grown by the owners themselves with fantastic service to match!
The Tasting menu changes regularly, and everything is cooked to order and each dish is explained to you in detail – I personally love the Raman which is out of this world and tastes delicious in every sense of the word.
They also produce lovely drinks and provide the traditional Japanese Alcohol Sake to compliment the tasty dishes.
This is an unforgettable and unique dining experience, give it a go you wont be disappointed.
This year they have been mentioned in Cumbria Life’s 200 Best Places to Eat 2020.

You must book in advance for this restaurant as tables are very limited.
